Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180c (fan-forced 160)
  2. Grease 12-hole muffin tin lightly with Nuttelex Buttery Spread or line with paper cases
  3. In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth
  4. Stir in melted Nuttelex Buttery Spread and maple syrup
  5. Add oats, flour and cinnamon
  6. Pour in Nuttelex milk and mix until just combined
  7. Spoon mixture evenly into the muffin tin (about 3/4 full)
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden and a skewer comes out clean
  9. Cool slightly before removing from tin
  10. Cut open and enjoy with Nuttelex Buttery Spread
