Overview

Basil Butter is a deliciously simple way to add an instant boost of flavour. Great on scrambled eggs, as a fresh twist on traditional garlic bread, or tossed through cooked pasta, roasted veggies, fish, chicken or slathered on freshly cooked corn on the cob.

  1. In a bowl mix the spread, basil, garlic, lemon zest, salt and pepper until well combined.
  2. Use immediately slathered over freshly cooked corn. Or, spoon into container and refrigerate or freeze until ready to use.

Chefs Tip

It can also be frozen.


In this recipe
