110 g Nuttelex Spread
90 g golden syrup
1 tsp bicarbonate soda
100 g rolled oats (or substitute for quinoa or rice flakes for GF)
50 g tapioca
70 g brown sugar
50 g desiccated coconut
Method
Preheat oven to 160C degrees
Melt Nuttelex spread and golden syrup, then add bicarbonate soda
Stir in all other ingredients and roll into balls and flatten onto a lined baking tray
Bake at 160 degrees oven for approx. 10 minutes until browned
