Spiced Green Fish (Ikan Bakar)

This tasty twist on a Malay classic translates as 'burnt fish" but despite its namesake is a fabulously satisfying, spicy, crispy, tender  fish dish you will enjoy again and again.


Top Tips:
Flipping the fish: This can be a tricky business because the coating needs to stick on the fish along with the searing on it. If you ruin it (don't stress) just pat it back onto the fish it will still taste superb.

Instead of searing the fish: Wrap the fish in banana leaves and grill for 10-15 minutes (flip once midway) Or bake fish in the oven at 400 F for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.


Fruit Toast Loaf

Nothing beats a good fruit loaf or the glorious waft of it cooking in your oven. Whether its for breakfast, afternoon tea or a sneaky late-night snack, toasted fruit loaf is one of life’s simple pleasures. Serve hot with a dollop of your favourite Nuttelex.

Makes 2 x loaves (each with 8 thick slices) so you will  need 2 x 2lb Loaf tins

Buttery Waffles (Dairy Free)

The best waffles are made from scratch…crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. We have both a dairy free and egg free option below- enjoy with fresh fruit, Nuttelex with a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar, maple syrup or a dollop of your fave plant based ice-cream.

Vanilla Bundt Cake with Buttery Vanilla Syrup

The wonderful texture of a traditional vanilla cake is made even better with the addition of a sweet buttery syrup. Best baked a day before you plan to eat it as this cake gets tastier and tastier over a few days.


Use this handy formula to ensure easy release from cake tins: take 2 table spoons of flour, 2 table spoon vegetable oil, and 2 table spoons Nuttelex and in a mixer blend until there are no lumps. Generously grease your pan with this mixture using a pastry brush to coat every crevice and it ensures a smooth cake tin release after baking every time!

Basil Butter (Dairy Free)

Basil Butter is a deliciously simple way to add an instant boost of flavour. Great on scrambled eggs, as a fresh twist on traditional garlic bread, or tossed through cooked pasta, roasted veggies, fish, chicken or slathered on freshly cooked corn on the cob.

Chilli Butter with Coriander, Lime and Garlic (Dairy Free)

Corn with a kick. This Chilli Butter is a cinch to make and delivers just the right balance of heat and citrus without being too spicy. It's especially good on grilled seafood too. Keep a stash in the freezer so you always have some on hand.


Salmon with a Honey, Garlic, Butter Glaze

With only a few ingredients and no need to pre marinate, this mouth-watering dish is a great go-to for date night, busy weeknights or a festive weekend lunch.

TOP TIP: For an extra crusty, caramelised finish, place fish skin side up under grill for 2 minutes prior to serving.
