Overview

This icing is a cinch to make and tastes delicious. You can tone back the vanilla flavour if you want a slightly more neutral taste by reducing the vanilla extract to half a teaspoon.

Method

  1. Use a hand mixer to combine the Spread and 31/2 cups icing sugar.
  2. Add the vanilla almond milk and vanilla extract to the mixture and beat until smooth. If mixture needs more texture, add more icing sugar. To balance sweetness, add a pinch of salt if needed
  3. Apply to cake(s) using a piping bag with an open star nozzle. Decorate with flowers or sprinkles.
