Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180ÂșC.

Pudding

  1. Sift the flour & salt in a bowl, add sugar and grated lemon rind, mixing well.
  2. Stir in melted Nuttelex, vanilla and milk.
  3. Place batter into a greased, deep oven proof dish.

Lemon Sauce

  1. Sprinkle the mixture in the dish with lemon rind and sugar.
  2. Combine boiling water and lemon juice, and carefully pour the mixture into the oven proof dish.
  3. Bake for 30 - 40 minutes.
  4. Stand for 5 - 10 minutes before serving.
  5. Dust with icing sugar, serve with your favourite yogurt, ice-cream or cream.
