1. Promoter

• The promoter is Nuttelex Foods Pty Ltd. 

2. Eligibility

• Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years and over who have a valid residential or postal address within Australia. 

• Employees of Nuttelex, their immediate families, and associated agencies are not eligible to enter. 

• Entrants must hold a valid, public social media account on Instagram 

3. Giveaway Period

• The giveaway begins at 6pm AEST on Thursday, 26th of June and ends at 6pm AEST on  Thursday 3rd of July Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered. 

4. How to Enter

To enter the giveaway, participants must: 

• Follow @Nuttelex on the relevant platform; 

• Comment by tagging one friend; 

Each comment with a unique tag counts as one entry. Multiple entries are permitted. 

5. Prize

• There are ten (10) prizes to be won:
  A Nuttelex Prize Pack, which includes: 

• 1 x Fresko Camino Cup, and 

• A selection of Nuttelex products. 

• Approximate prize value: AUD $50 

• The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. 

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be selected via a random draw on the 4th of July. 

• Nuttelex will contact the winner via direct message on the social media platform used to enter. 

• The winner must respond and provide a valid Australian mailing address within 48 hours of contact to claim the prize. 

• If no response is received within 48 hours, Nuttelex reserves the right to select a new winner. 

7. Verification and Disqualification

• Nuttelex reserves the right to verify the identity, age, and location of entrants. 

• Incomplete, invalid, or non-genuine entries will be disqualified without notice. 

8. Privacy

• Any personal information provided will be used solely for the purposes of administering the giveaway and delivering the prize. 

• By entering, participants consent to Nuttelex announcing their name and/or social media handle in the winner announcement.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Nuttelex shall not be liable for any technical, communication, or postal issues that may affect participation or prize delivery. 

• Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Nuttelex is not responsible for any loss, damage, or personal injury suffered in connection with this giveaway.
