Our Reduced Fat Spread just got an upgrade

There’s no doubt that the Nuttelex Reduced Fat achieves its aim. Boasting 75% less fat than butter, while still melting and spreading like a dream. However, the team was sure it could be better, so they got to work levelling up our current offering.

Enter Light Buttery, an ultra-creamy spread now with the buttery taste you know and love, still with 75% less fat than the real thing.  It has the lowest fat content in our spread range, making it the perfect choice for health-conscious consumers. Did we mention there’s a fresh new look to go with our richer flavour? Look out for us in the fridge section of your local Coles.

It’s our lightest spread, without the compromise. As with all Nuttelex Spreads, Light Buttery is nut-free, allergen-free, gluten-free and plant-based. It’s also smoothly spreadable, deliciously meltable and oh so creamy. It’s also Aussie made, crafted with 76% Australian ingredients in our Victorian allergen-free factory.

Our new look features a vibrant yellow band, unmistakably Nuttelex so you know you’re getting a high-quality product.

Here’s how we’re currently using it: Recipe
