Method

  1. Pre-heat the oven 180°c. Line a small (15cm x 26cm) brownie tray with silicone paper.
  2. In a large stainless steel bowl, place the chocolate and Nuttelex Buttery Spread together. Place the bowl over a sauce pan of warm water. Leave to melt stirring occasionally to mix together.
  3. Make sure the eggs are beaten well in a separate container. Sieve all the dry ingredients (cocoa powder, plain flour and salt) together & keep separate.
  4. Once the chocolate & Nuttelex Buttery Spread have melted, add the beaten eggs. Mix the eggs really well before folding in the flour.
  5. Fold in the flour. Keep folding until the mixture is smooth.
  6. Pour the brownie mix into the lined brownie pan making sure the top is levelled evenly. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
  7. Cool down completely before removing from the pan and cutting. Dust with cocoa powder.

Chefs Tip

For maximum deliciousness, do not refrigerate the brownies. Keep in an airtight container.
