Method

  1. Combine all of the ingredients into a container. Mix until well combined, cover and allow to thicken in the fridge overnight.
  2. The next day, stir well then divide into two glasses.
  3. Top with extra coconut yogurt, pistachio spread and crushed pistachios to serve. Enjoy!
