Promoter

The promoter is Nuttelex Foods Pty Ltd (“Nuttelex”).

Eligibility

• Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years and over with a valid residential or postal address within Australia.
• Employees of Nuttelex, their immediate families, and associated agencies are not eligible to enter.
• Entrants must hold a valid, public Instagram account.

Competition Period

The competition begins now and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 5 December 2025.
Entries submitted after this time will not be accepted.
The winner will be announced on 11 December 2025.

How to Enter

To enter the Nuttelex Christmas Colouring Competition, participants must:

1. Download the official Nuttelex Christmas colouring sheet.
2. Colour in the page in any style or medium.
3. Upload a clear photo of the finished artwork to Instagram and tag @Nuttelex so the entry can be viewed.

Only entries posted from public accounts will be eligible.
Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry features a unique colouring sheet image.

Prize

Nuttelex will select the most creative entries to win a Christmas prize pack containing:

• 1 × Nuttelex Product Pack — $25
• $100 Lego Voucher – $100
• 1 × Etch A Sketch — $25
• 1 × Paint by Numbers Kit — $20

Total approximate prize value: AUD $170.
The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

Winner Selection and Notification

• Winners will be chosen by Nuttelex based on creativity and originality.
• Winners will be contacted via Instagram direct message from the official @Nuttelex account.
• Winners must respond with their valid Australian mailing address within 48 hours to claim the prize.
• If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, Nuttelex reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Verification and Disqualification

Nuttelex reserves the right to verify the identity, age, and residency of entrants.
Entries that are incomplete, not visible to the promoter, fraudulent, or do not comply with these Terms & Conditions may be disqualified without notice.

Privacy

Personal information collected will be used solely for administering the competition and delivering prizes.
By entering, participants consent to Nuttelex sharing their name and/or Instagram handle in winner announcements.

Limitation of Liability

Nuttelex is not responsible for any technical issues, upload errors, or other problems that may affect entry submission or prize delivery.
Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, Nuttelex will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury relating to participation in the competition or acceptance of a prize.

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.
By entering, participants release Instagram from any liability arising from or connected to the competition and agree to comply with the platform’s terms of use.
