We use 100 percent Australian almonds and oats. All ingredients are naturally GMO-free.
Yes. They are fortified with essential vitamins and minerals and contain at least 120 milligrams of calcium per 100 millilitres, which is around one third of the recommended daily intake.
Almond-based milks contain vitamins B12, B1, B2, D and E.
Oat-based milks contain vitamins A, B12, B1, B2 and D.
All vitamins are naturally derived.
We do not add cane sugar. Only the Almond Milk Barista and Almond Milk Original blends include a small amount of tapioca syrup, which is gluten-free, naturally derived and fructose-free.
All other plant-based milks are unsweetened. Any sweetness comes naturally from starches in the oats or almonds converting to maltose during processing.
No. They are completely free from lactose, whey and casein.
We use locally grown almonds and oats. Almonds are blanched, roasted and ground into a smooth paste. Oats are enzyme-treated to create a naturally smooth and slightly sweet base.
Each blend is mixed with purified water and fortified with vitamins and minerals. Some almond blends also include a small amount of tapioca syrup for sweetness. After a gentle heat treatment, the milks are packaged in cartons and ready for use.
Keep unopened cartons in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Unopened cartons have a 12-month shelf life. The best-before date is printed on top of the carton.
Store in the fridge at 4 degrees Celsius or below and use within 5 days. Shake well before each use.
Freezing our plant milks is not recommended. This can impact the milk’s quality once thawed.
We do not recommend it. The best-before date ensures quality and safety.
Only heat what you need. Reheating multiple times can affect both taste and quality.

Nuttelex Oat Milk is processed slightly differently compared to other oat milks on the market. Our gentler processing allows our milk to retain its white colour and natural flavour, giving you a product which may taste slightly different to other oat milks in the market.
Both are delicious, dairy-free options made with premium 100% Australian oats, but they’re crafted with unique processing methods to suit different taste preferences.
Our Original Oat Milk undergoes a slower processing method. This extended process allows the oats’ natural sweetness to develop more fully, enhancing the milk’s signature sweet, creamy flavour. It’s perfect for those who enjoy a more robust oat milk flavour.
In contrast, Pure Oat Milk is made using a simpler, more streamlined process. This method preserves the oats’ natural essence, resulting in a lighter, cleaner taste. It’s ideal for anyone who prefers a more subtle and natural flavour profile.
The best-before date is printed at the very top of the carton, just above the spout. In some cases, the print may appear lighter, as we use laser printing to reduce waste and improve energy efficiency in our packaging process.

All Nuttelex spreads are also free from trans fats (0.4% or less). On average, our spreads contain up to 65% less saturated fat than butter. Health experts, including the CSIRO and the Heart Foundation, recommend choosing spreads like Nuttelex over butter as part of a healthy diet. Swapping just 20 grams of butter a day for Nuttelex Original can reduce your saturated fat intake by around 2.5 kilograms each year.*
We make Nuttelex in our manufacturing facility in Knoxfield, Melbourne, Australia. We start with high-quality vegetable oils, carefully blending different types depending on the spread. This mix gives us the right balance of spreadability, texture, and firmness. We then prepare our own brine solution, made from just water and salt, and combine it with the oils. To keep everything smooth and uniform, we add plant-based emulsifiers that stop the water and oil from separating over time. A touch of essential vitamins and natural flavours completes the recipe before the mixture is cooled and packed into tubs.
After packing, the tubs rest in our cool room for a period of time to allow crystalisation, which helps ensure the best texture and quality. Once ready, the product is checked to maintain our standards before being sent to supermarkets fresh, creamy, and ready to spread. It is not only about what we leave out, but also the way we craft Nuttelex that makes the difference
Our spreads are made with a blend of different plant-based oils. Yes, palm oil is one of them, and we use only 100% certified sustainable palm oil, sourced responsibly to help protect rainforests, wildlife habitats, and local communities.

We take allergens seriously. That’s why we make our spreads in an allergen-free environment and only work with trusted suppliers. With careful separation, enclosed production lines and thorough cleaning, you can feel confident our spreads stay free from unlisted allergens.

Yes. All our Nuttelex stock packaging is free from BPA (Bisphenol A) and Phthalates.
Nuttelex utilises two different facilities in Melbourne, Victoria, to create our product range. There is a dedicated plant for spreads (Knoxfield) and an additional plant dedicated to manufacturing the UHT products (Cranbourne West).
At the Knoxfield site, which produces spreads, Nuttelex operates an allergen free site. As part of our site quality policy, any allergenic raw materials are not allowed on site. This means the entire manufacturing facility is free of soy, dairy, egg, tree nuts, peanuts and gluten. As part of our approved supplier program, all materials sourced for this site have to be free of the above allergens too.
At the Cranbourne West site, which produces liquid stocks and milks, Nuttelex has dedicated rooms for all of our potential allergenic material to prevent any risk of potential cross-contamination. That means our oats and almonds are stored in separate and isolated rooms to eliminate the potential of cross-contamination. All of the production lines are fully enclosed and separate from each other. An extremely stringent cleaning regime is also enforced to ensure that all lines are clear of any residual allergens between runs.
As a result of these efforts, we can be sure our products are free of unlisted allergens.
