Here is a vegan take on the "Butter Board” trend i.e serving boards dolloped with softened butter smothered in sauces, spices, fruits, nuts and other tasty delights. Use your fave artisan bread and crackers to scoop up the deliciousness. Add a splattering of pomegranate seeds for some extra jewel-like bling.
1/4 cup apricot jam (mix it around with a spoon to loosen it up)
2 tbsp maple syrup (for drizzling)
1 tsp fresh rosemary leaves ( chopped finely)
2 tbsp flaked, roasted almonds
Serve With
sliced fresh & toasted rye bread, ciabatta & sourdough plus a selection of dry, salted crackers
parsley, or micro greens for garnish

fine grater foe zesting orange
mini decorative bowls for left over toppings that can be added later
1Using a spoon, dollop Nuttelex across your board creating buttery swirls across the charcuterie board.
2Next, smear the apricot jam in different areas around the top of the Nuttelex swirls & then sprinkle the entire board with the chopped rosemary, chilli flakes, orange zest and almonds.
3Lastly, drizzle the maple syrup across the entire board to add a sweet, glistening finish.
