Sriracha & Honey Butter

This Sriracha & Honey Butter makes the most simple foods pop with sensational sweet chilli flavours. The perfect partner to boiled corn on the cob, roast vegetables or a lip-smacking addition to chicken/fish satays before grilling.



1 cup Nuttelex melted

2 tbsp honey

5-7 tsp Sriracha or to taste

5 cloves garlic, mince

1/4 tsp sea salt

1/4 tsp smoked paprika

8 corn on cob leaves and silk removed

1/2 cup fresh chopped parsley for serving

lime wedges for serving


1In a bowl, whisk Nuttelex, honey, Sriracha, garlic, smoked paprika and salt until well combined.

2Boil, grill or BBQ corn and then coat with the Sriracha & Honey Butter while hot. Or mix thru roast vegetables before cooking, or brush onto skewed fish/chicken before grilling.

3Sprinkle corn evenly with fresh chopped parsley prior to serving with lemon wedges.
