A great go-to dish for festive catch-ups that you can create well ahead so you can spend quality time with friends. Ideal too as a left-over make-over if you find you have left-over prawns. Recipe by @laura_hobby_baker.
1Cut the sliders in half and butter them with Nuttelex. Place on a grease-paper lined tray and lightly toast under a grill.
2In a bowl put garlic aioli, sour cream, lemon juice, pepper, chopped dill, cornichons & capers, then give it a good mix with a whisk.
3Add prawns to the mixture.
4Assemble the buns & serve. You can garnish/decorate with the sliced lime.
