Lemon Greens Pasta Salad - Serves 5. Thanks to @laurenmelissa_baker for this delish recipe. #VeganSummerClassics.
1Cook pasta as per packet instructions.
2In the last 4 minutes of the pasta cooking, add the broccoli and frozen peas. Drain and cool.
3Place a medium fry pan over medium-low heat. Add Nuttelex and leave to melt.
4Add garlic and chilli flakes to taste. Lightly fry for 4-5 minutes or until the garlic turns golden. Then toss in pasta and lemon juice.
5Season with salt and pepper and serve, with sliced lemon and a slice of Buttery Nuttelex garlic bread.
