Marmalade & Spice Chicken Wings

Tasty and easy,  this recipe is the perfect #CrowdPleaser when you need to whip up something relatively fast to feed your friends.

This recipe pays homage to Sabrina Ghayour's fabulous Orange, Thyme and Spice Sticky Chicken wings from her amazing Sirocco Cookbook, with just a few minor tweaks.  Ideal as part of a buffet it also makes great finger food too - for those who love things sticky. Make well ahead, the day before at least, so the marinade can work its magic.

 

Lemon Drizzle Scones

These sweet 'n tangy scones are wonderful naked straight from the oven. But no-one would say no to an extra slather of Nuttelex, or a dollop jam and cream either. For best results, make sure your oven is preheated. You can easily sub fresh lime for the lemon too.

ANZAC Cup Cakes

A clever take on the classic Aussie biscuit,  that we believe was originally from a Women's Weekly recipe, but we are not sure as Nan never wrote down the source. Full of flavour it is like the biscuit, but with less the "oatiness". And please don't skimp on the icing- it's just perfect.

ANZAC Biscuits – Thin (Dairy Free)

Everyone's Nan has a different take on this classic Aussie favourite, this one is a cracker. For a more chewy texture bake bang-on for 12 minutes or for a harder biscuit cook for up to 16 minutes- but no longer as they can burn quickly.

Buttery Easter Cake

This naked style butter cake with vanilla cream frosting is a great Easter treat. It is best made the day  before you plan to serve it. Decorated with fresh flowers in season it has the wow factor. You can also add sliced raspberries or strawberries between the layers for extra colour and taste - just be sure to push them flat down and firmly in place so your layers remain level.

Amazing Vegan Choc Brownies Recipe

These decadent dairy free and vegan friendly chocolate brownies taste sublime. Serve warm or cold with your fave dollop with a sprig of fresh mint. If you want to up the choc ante, stir in a tablespoon of dairy free white, milk or dark choc pieces into the mix just before you spatula the mix into the baking tray.

Vegan Easter Pikelets (dairy + egg free)
