Chimichurri Sauce
1Blend the basil, parsley, red chilli, orange zest, orange juice, red/white vinegar, salt and Nuttelex in a bowl. Set aside.
Cauliflower Steaks
1Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the cauliflower steaks and cook. Carefully turn the steaks once and season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden and browned on both sides.
2Transfer cauliflower steaks onto a lined baking tray or BBQ. Roast in a pre-heated oven /BBQ at 200° C for about 10 - 15 mins or until steaks are fork-tender.
3Transfer cauliflower steaks onto a serving plate. Pour a generous portion of chimichurri sauce over the steaks. Sprinkle vegan parmesan and serve.
