Once you have tried this tasty-mix of dukkah & roasted sesame you are sure to be hooked. It's utterly delish and the perfect shared plate.

1Preheat oven to 200 C
2Line a tray with baking paper
3Peel, deseed and chop pumpkin into triangles
4Place them on the baking tray, brush or drizzle with melted Nuttelex and bake for about 20 minutes or until tender
5Meanwhile in a large dry frypan, lightly toast sesame seeds over a medium-low heat until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes, set aside
6Place the sesame seeds and dukkah on a plate and press one side of the cooked pumpkin into the seeds and repeat with the remaining pumpkin and serve
